Referral Banners
As you may have noticed I have added a new banner to my blog. It pays me every day just to have it there. It also pays me if anyone clicks it and signs up (for free mind you) and right now they are doing a $5 bonus. Which means when you sign up for free you get $5 free. Amazing! Plus its a great way to advertise. Because for $15 you can advertise to thousands and when they sign up you make even more. For doing nothing! When you click http://refban.com/28214 ans sign up you will get your own link to write a blog about. What do you have to lose?

Gluten Free Vanilla Chex
Venus Spa Breeze
I tried a sample razor from Venus Spa Breeze and will probably not go back to a regular one. It makes me feel so silky smooth. I have never felt this smooth with any other razor. The drawbacks? It is a little pricey and when the gel strip around it is gone its just another razor. But, when bought with coupons it is a great buy.
The disposable ones can be purchased here for 6.47

Boones Farm Strawberry Daquiri
Having just turned 21 I am trying all kinds of alcohol ( one at a time and in moderation of course) I have decided there is not a whole lot that I do like. But my husband has found one that suites my fancy. It is Boone's Farm Strawberry Daiquiri. A lot of you are probably saying " That's not alcohol that's Kool-Aid" well you are probably right but I have to start somewhere right? I can go to Walmart and get it for a little over $2. Which I love almost as much as the taste of it. There are so many flavors to choose from I cannot wait to try the rest.

Viva La Juicy Noir
While browsing www.hunt4freebies.com one day I came across a sample of Juicy Couture's new fragrance. I went to the website, typed in my name and address and the next week I had a sample waiting in my mail box. It smells just as amazing as the others I have smelled. Its strong enough to stay with me all day but not overpowering. Truly a great smell.
The online description is "An enticing rendition of the original best-selling fragrance, Viva la Juicy Noir embodies the woman who is dangerous in a good way. She likes her eyes smoky and her lips rouge. Unapologetic, she takes risks and gets rewarded. A rich interpretation of the signature Viva la Juicy scent, Viva la Juicy Noir highlights the succulent ripe berry notes and gourmand accents, while adding a juicy touch of honeysuckle and a sultry hint of sandalwood. Leave a lasting impression with Viva la Juicy Noir."
You can buy it here http://www.juicycouture.com/Viva-La-Juicy-Noir-Edp-1.7-oz/VBRF40002.html for $70 or get the roll on for $25

Kindle Fire Review
Black Friday I purchased a Kindle Fire. (10% off) Worked Great for the first week then wouldn't charge unless I held my tongue just right and didn't breath on it. I called Amazon kindle support and they issued me a new one free two day shipping. Brand new kindle and charger and haven't had a problem since. It has a great battery life. I love that I can read for hours on end without having to charge it. I also love how its the perfect size. I can throw it in my purse and take it with me to read on my lunch hour but not so small as to where I have to squint or hurt my eyes. I can have all of my books and my little sisters' apps all in one place. Its a little more durable than my phone so I don't have to worry about them dropping or breaking it as much. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

Adagio Tea
I'm definitely a coffee lover but thought I'd try my hand at loose leaf teas. After some searching I found www.adagio.com, they had some AMAZING sounding teas. The best part is, you can get them in sample sizes for $2 and it is supposed to make 10 cups. They have free shipping on orders over $49 PLUS no sales tax in Missouri. How great is that? They also do $5 in free product when you share on facebook, twitter, email, or tumbler. So I can share their page on facebook and get TWO of these samples sizes for free and one half off. Amazing savings here. So here's what I got
My shipping was about $5 so around $10 for 40 cups of tea and I can mix and match. I mixed a little caramel and vanilla tea with a few sugar crystals. It was not bad but it was very weak. Being new to tea I thought I would just pack more into my little tea ball and it still was very weak. Perhaps I just don't have the right combinations. I was later told to mix some with an Earl Grey and so I mixed a little vanilla to Earl Grey and it was a lot stronger. Not coffee strong, but stronger. I will definitely be going back.

Paparazzi Jewelry
OK ladies, we all love jewelry, but if you are like me you can't always afford to have as much as you would like. Well now you can! Everything is $5. Yes, Five dollars! Its beautiful jewelry at affordable price. I have recently become friends with a woman on facebook who sells this. This week I am hosting an online party and I am loving all the pictures she is posting for me. You just comment "sold" on it and its yours. You pay through pay pal and she sends it to you. Its great! And there's more, you can sign up to sell it too! For as little at $40. I'm not sure of all the details yet but I will keep this updated. I got my bracelet in the mail yesterday and love it! Its pink and silver and sparkly which happens to be the words next to "Cori" in the dictionary :)
The only thing that concerns me is that it turns me green. If you are sensitive to some metals like I am then this may not be for you. But on the upside, you can keep buying new and changing it out when it starts to turn you colors. Some tips to make it last longer is to not get it wet. Take it off you are sweating or putting lotion on. And don't wear it for long periods of time. Other than that I love the products.
NOTE: I have decided to use my bracelet as a dangle on my purse. The silver and pink goes great with a white purse!

Samsung Galaxy s3
I don't know about you but I rely heavily on my phone. I need it to be something fast, have a lot of storage, and can do almost anything.
Again, price is always first on my list. When I got a new contract with ATT the Galaxy s3 was only $39.99. Not to bad right? Well to buy it outright its almost $500. Not so great. But hey, it was cheap for me. PLUS I went through Walmart and was given a $50 gift card so really I got paid to sign up. 5 our of 5 stars.
I have dropped this phone, spilt my tea on it, sat on it, and just about everything else that you think you will never do to it. It only has a few dings on the side. Not to shabby I didn't think. (Though it now has a screen protector and cute little owl case) 4 out of 5 stars.
I give the size 5 out or 5 stars. I love the big screen. It is easy to zoom in or out by sliding my finger up and down the edge of the screen. I can swipe my finger across to take a screen shot. I don't have to squint to see pictures. While in my texts I can use the Volume button to make the text size bigger or smaller.

Features:
Oh my, where to start on features. Let me start with what I use the most. The smart stay. I love to cook therefor i always need new recipes. The sensor senses my eyes and will not turn off until I look away. LOVE IT. I love all of my apps but one of my favorites it the weather one. I hate storms so my phone lets me know when there is an alert and I can pull it up and look at the weather and see whats coming on a big screen. I love the talk to text. I use it when I am to busy (lazy) to text or just not sure how to spell a word. Which brings me to my next feature which is when I am in a text and decide I just want to call them instead. I put the phone to my ear and it calls them for me. How great is that?? I do not love that it auto corrects everything! Most of the time it doesn't even make sense. It changed "I guess" to "I givers". Is that even a word?
Freebie Website
I have recently come across a website that I've already fallen in love with. Its www.hunt4freebies.com
They have new ones everyday and they include everything from in store freebies to getting them in the mail. What does this mean for you? No more shopping around on 20 different websites to find a deal when they are all here in one. I have received coffee samples, tea samples, a Viva la Juicy perfume sample. This is a great way to try new things before you buy them. Or, if you are like me, try new things to review. It takes a little while to get some of them which is kind of a downer but I also love getting surprises in the mail when I have forgotten them. They will stamp a big EXPIRED stamp across them when they have expired so you do not have to waste your time with those. Some of them require you to go on to facebook and like a page or fill out a survey but majority of them are simply filling out your name and address.
Today's Freebies
Samples kit of Presto Tapes
Seventh Generation Boosts Serum
Fast acting Advil
Ovaltine stick Pack Drink
Bandanna from Marlboro
Subscription to Tennis magazine
Magnum Ice cream bar at 7 Eleven

Scentsy v Walmart brand
![]() |
To order scentsy please email coricasebeer@gmail.com |
OK, so I LOVE my candles. I love to walk into a room and it smell amazing. I've seen that Scentsy is everywhere but I'm a little concerned about the price. I also see that Walmart has the same wax bars and warmers for half the price. So, naturaly, I decided to try both.
Price:
Price is always the first thing I notice. Scentsy is obviously proud of their product. It is $5 per bar and the warmers range from $20 for a plug in $40 for the new premium warmers. Where as Walmart has a much more appealing price tag of $2.50 per bar and around $10 for a warmer.
Product Selection:
Scentsy has over 180 scents to choose from and adds a new one each month. They have two months a year where they also bring back 20 retired bars called a "Bring Back my Bar" month in January and July. They Change out Summer/Winter scents in March and September. Though I'm not sure of the exact number of Walmart scents since they have different brands like Scentsational Better Homes I did not find as many as Scentsy.
Product Availablility:
Walmart is obviously more convinient to run and get what you want when you run out rather than having to order and wait up to two weeks. Though I have seen Scentsy at almost every festival, yard sale, and expo that I have been to lately. There are usually multiple consultants per town and many of them carry stock.
How does it compare:
I have used both now and I will definatly stick to Scentsy. The Walmart warmers get to hot for my liking while Scentsy I can (and have) accidently spill on me and it not burn. The Walmart bars may be cheaper but I feel like I go through them twice as fast. Therefore spending the same amount in the long run. I also love that Scentsy is so much more than just wax and warmers but that will be in my next post. :)
