Soda Jelly

PLexus Slim

Alright, I've seen and heard a lot of hype lately about Plexus Slim. So I've decided to give it a try. I will post as I go with this. I bought the 7 day trial for $21

Day 1 Sep. 3-Weight 190
 Today I drank my "Pink Drink" first thing when I got to work at 8. I also took the accelerator Pill. The drink wasn't bad tasting just took a while to get it completely dissolved. The pill is the worst thing I have ever experienced. I will not be taking it anymore. All day I felt all tingly and dizzy. I am very sensitive to any type of pill or anything so I should have known. But none the less I lost 2 pounds For breakfast I had an apple with peanut butter. For lunch I had a veggie patty with cheese. A cup of marshmallows for a snack and for dinner we had grilled chicken and fresh spinach.
Day 2 Sep. 4 Weight 188
Second day is going much better. NO PILL. Only the drink. I was to busy for breakfast (bad girl I know) for lunch I had another veggie patty dipped in mustard (taste just like a chicken patty from the frozen section only this is only 140 calories and 4 weight watchers points.) I had popcorn as a snack and for dinner we had turkey dogs (no bun) and tater tots...have to cheat every once in while :)
Didn't lose any today.
Day 3 Sep 5 Weight 188
This morning I had a bowl of Chex Vanilla Gluten Free Cereal (yummy!) I feel like a I have more energy today and I notice that I have been sleeping much better. Will post more tonight.

Gluten Free Vanilla Chex

I have started trying to slowly move over to gluten free foods. It is alot harder than I expected buy my chiropractor said that this would be best for my body while trying to lose weight. One product that has helped a bunch is Chex cereal. I can eat it for breakfast, lunch, and snacks. They have a whole line of gluten free cereal and the vanilla is by far the best. Venus Spa Breeze

I tried a sample razor from Venus Spa Breeze and will probably not go back to a regular one. It makes me feel so silky smooth. I have never felt this smooth with any other razor. The drawbacks? It is a little pricey and when the gel strip around it is gone its just another razor. But, when bought with coupons it is a great buy.
